Booking Terms

Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered must be completed according to the following terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation.
Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
In the event of a cancellation by Enfield Man with Van, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Liability
